i-Hub welcomes the publication of the final text of the Directive (EU) 2018/843, which is commonly known as the 5th AML Directive.
This new framework enhances transparency, enforces the powers of European and Local entities in charge of the fight against Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Corruption and enriches the elements to be taken when performing professional obligations.
