We are currently looking to recruit a Due Diligence Specialist m/f

Your responsibilities

  • The Due Diligence specialist will be responsible for some administrative functions; together with the following duties:
  • Carry out daily AML KYC related activities
  • Participate on the training of other team members
  • Support and coordinate the decision making process of junior team members
  • Implement relevant operational procedures and propose amendment when applicable
  • Carry out, implement and propose amendments to existing quality and timeliness controls in line with the operational procedures and in accordance with business requirements
  • Constantly propose improvements to processes to improve operational quality and efficiency and reduce risk
  • Act as first escalation point for team as well as internal stakeholders
  • Monitor client request status; escalate delays and issues to the Head of Operations
  • Participate to client onboarding

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding and subject matter expertise in AML, KYC an Due Diligence in general
  • Familiar with professional standard databases
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic & attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
  • Willingness to learn and develop its profile an knowledge in an international level

We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Risk and Compliance (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Compliance & Risk Department
  • Report to the Chief Executive Officer about compliance issues
  • Produce comments, advice and guidelines in Compliance Matters
  • Draft and amend procedures & policies
  • On a daily basis, review and advise teams in certain files and results from name screening
  • Liaise with supervisory authorities for clarification and guidelines in AML/KYC and data protection matters
  • Check and implement regulatory changes at global, EU and national level

Your profile

  • A master degree
  • Successful experience of at least 6 years in a Luxembourg PFS, in the fields of Legal, Audit and/or Compliance
  • Experience in dealing with name screening tools
  • An entrepreneurial and risk-based approach spirit
  • Able to work in team and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and French, any other language will be considered as an asset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of operational needs and constraints
  • Ability to speak in public
